SOFTSPOKEN content is provided for general relaxation, reflection and wellbeing. It is not medical advice, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, emergency support or a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Safe use

Do not listen to guided practices while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires full attention. Stop if a practice feels uncomfortable or unsuitable for you.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, SOFTSPOKEN owns the original scripts, recordings, transcripts, visual presentation and the Softspoken Evening State Map. Content is for personal use and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, republished or used to train another product without written permission.

External sources

Links to external health and research sources are provided for context. SOFTSPOKEN does not control those websites or guarantee that external material remains unchanged.

No guaranteed result

People respond differently to relaxation and mindfulness practices. SOFTSPOKEN does not guarantee sleep, symptom reduction or a particular emotional outcome.

Sales terms for digital products

These sales terms apply when you buy a SOFTSPOKEN digital product from thesoftspoken.com. By completing checkout you accept them. They do not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law.

Products and prices

• Quiet My Mind Tonight — €9: three guided evening audios and a one-page evening ritual.
• Calm Again — Founding Circle — €19 (founding price for the first 10 buyers, then €39): everything in Quiet My Mind Tonight, seven audios in total, three months in The Softspoken Circle, the 20-page journal and 12 printable reset cards.
• Calm Again — Personal Edition — €59: everything in Calm Again plus one audio made for you with your name and chosen intention and a personal welcome message.

Prices are in euros and include any applicable VAT. Each purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

All sales are final — no refunds

Because SOFTSPOKEN products are digital content delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable. Once your materials have been delivered, you cannot cancel your purchase or ask for a refund, including if you change your mind. The only exceptions are the ones the law requires, described below: a faulty or incomplete file that we cannot fix, or withdrawing before delivery has started.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. SOFTSPOKEN never sees or stores your full card details. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Stripe sends you a receipt by email.

Delivery

Your audios and materials are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, normally within 24 hours. The personalised audio in the Personal Edition is delivered within 72 hours of purchase. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and then email us.

Licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, listen to, print and use your materials for your own private use, with lifetime access to the files delivered to you. You may not share, resell, republish or redistribute them.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has begun, provided that you gave your express prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal (Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). You give this consent and acknowledgement at checkout.

The Personal Edition audio is made to your own specifications. Once we have started creating it, it cannot be withdrawn from (Article 103(c)).

If you have not yet received your materials, you can withdraw by emailing alina@alinatoma.com within 14 days of purchase with a clear statement of your decision, for example: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of [product], ordered on [date], name [your name], email used at checkout [email].” We will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method at no cost to you. Once delivery has begun, no withdrawal or refund is possible.

If something is wrong

If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not match its description, email us and we will replace it or, if we cannot, give you a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights of conformity for digital content.

Please contact alina@alinatoma.com first and we will try to resolve any issue quickly. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence.
