About Alina
“I created SOFTSPOKEN for women who hold everything together while quietly feeling disconnected from themselves.”
Why I created this
I know the moment when everyone seems to need something and you keep responding, even though a quiet part of you is thinking, “And what about me?” I know how guilt can appear the second you want space. I know how a woman can love her family and still feel lonely, needed and invisible at the same time.
Women are often told to practise self-care as if the difficult part were buying a candle or finding ten minutes. The difficult part is stopping when you have trained yourself to be responsible. It is resting while something remains unfinished. It is believing that your needs still matter when nobody is asking about them.
“My mind will not switch off.”
“I carried everyone today.”
“I do not feel like myself anymore.”
Those are not marketing phrases to me. They are the private sentences women say when they are tired of pretending they are fine. SOFTSPOKEN begins there—with recognition before advice and humanity before perfection.
I am not a doctor or therapist, and I will never pretend to be one. I write and record supportive wellbeing experiences in my own voice. When a subject touches health, I cite qualified sources and make the limits of this work clear.
How SOFTSPOKEN content is created

- Sources from established health organizations and peer-reviewed research when relevant
- Visible publication and review dates
- No diagnosis, treatment claims or promises of guaranteed results
